Quality Assurance
Brightwell Dispensers Ltd and our sister company Ferryfield Mouldings run an integrated quality assurance system. The system has been registered to BS EN ISO9002: 1994 since 1996 and we achieved registration to BS EN ISO9001: 2000 in September 2002, including Design and Development in our registration for the first time.
However our Total Quality Management System (TQMS) goes far beyond the requirements of the ISO standard by incorporating H&S and
Environmental systems and by integrating quality tools and processes
from other standards and systems to further enhance our products.
All our electronics are designed to comply with LVD and EMC regulations and are independently checked by approved laboratories.A team of shop floor staff are trained as internal auditors and contribute to the audit program, further enhancing the quality culture throughout the company not just by the audits they do but also by having trained auditors on the shop floor day to day.
All the production staff from the Supervisors and
Team Leaders down
to the newest junior member of the shop floor team are involved in monthly meetings where information on quality and other such issues (H&S, environment, production planning, production techniques etc) can be given out and feedback received.
