Digital Marketing Executive

Brightwell Dispensers is a global independent designer and manufacturer of innovative soap, paper and chemical dispensing systems for the hygiene and cleaning industry.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to create content, develop and manage effective, engaging digital marketing campaigns within our busy Marketing Team.


As the digital marketing expert you will be responsible for implementing our digital marketing strategy including social media campaigns, SEO, Email marketing and content marketing. You will play a key role in planning and implementing the Marketing team’s digital projects, working both individually and as part of the team.


  • Develop and manage effective engaging digital marketing campaigns
  • Create content for both online and offline campaigns
  • Create and implement e-mail newsletter campaigns to customers and prospects
  • Manage and consistently update the company website using a CMS system
  • Creation, implementation and optimisation of SEO strategy
  • Manage online advertising campaigns and review, optimise and expand paid search campaigns
  • Weekly and monthly reporting and analysis of digital marketing activities
  • Write engaging press releases and feature articles for trade magazines
  • Build and grow company social media profiles as well as engage and interact on social media platforms
  • Produce copy for marketing campaigns that will reflect the tone of the company and attract our target market
  • Support the marketing team in planning and running events and exhibitions
  • Support the Marketing Manager with new product development research and competitor analysis as well as marketing projects



  • BA in business and/or marketing or CIM Diploma
  • At least 3-4 years’ experience in a B2B marketing environment as digital marketing executive

Skills/ Experience

  • Experience in content creation for on and offline channels
  • Knowledge of SEO, UX and social media
  • Experience of using Google Analytics and AdWords
  • Experience with website management systems such as WordPress
  • Experience in creating engaging email marketing and social media campaigns
  • Experience in online advertising including pay per click campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Competent in using Adobe creative suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Office (Word, Excel, Acrobat, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working for a manufacturing business (desirable)
  • Previous experience in working in a technical products environment (desirable)
