Job Title: Sales Executive – North Europe
Location: Newhaven – Domestic and international travel is required occasionally.

About the role:

The key purpose for the Sales Support role is to assist the sales growth of our technical dispensing systems to our customers in the North Europe region. Working alongside the Area Sales Manager and Customer Operations Manager you will be supporting the growth of the region. The Sales Support is the first point of contact for all new customers and must be a strong administrator with good project management and communication skills. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in international sales.

Key areas of responsibility

  • Grow existing clients business by thoroughly understanding their business strategy and objectives 
  • Managing the distribution and administration of all inbound sales leads 
  • Project management of NPD, IMS and Commercial opportunities for customers in N.Europe 
  • Generating customer quotes, managing pricing, KPI and Key Customer Plans 
  • Providing cover to the CC team for order processing 
  • First-line technical support for customers 
  • Managing quality issues or complaints, administering through Zendesk 
  • Development of customer presentation material and technical data sheets 
  • CRM management (SFDC) champion and internal trainer
