Usage Report
Step 1
To run a Usage Report on a unit press the Reporting Icon on the home screen, you will now have access to the reporting section of the App.
Step 2
Now press the Usage Report icon to access the reporting screen.
Step 3
If you are not connected to the unit use the Detect button to connect to your selected unit.
Step 4
You can edit the settings for the report including the Chemical Profile, what data to display, if you want a Full or Date Search report and finally set Shifts.
Step 5
Once you are happy with the settings press the Generate button to generate the report, once this has downloaded from the unit it will display the tabs at the top of the page.
To see the report data switch between the tabs at the top of the screen (General, Usage, Cost).
Step 6
Using the menu on the left hand side you can Open an existing report, Save the current report, Export the current data as a PDF or Excel spreadsheet and Email it directly to yourself.
Settings Report
Step 1
To run a Settings Report on a unit press the Reporting Icon on the home screen, you will now have access to the reporting section of the App.
Step 2
Press the Settings icon and the settings report will open. Using the left hand toolbar you can Open an existing report, Save the current report, Export the current data as a PDF or Excel spreadsheet and Email it directly to yourself.
