Connecting Chemical & Priming the Unit
Step 1
Connect the threaded pipe to the pump Inlet and Outlet connectors.

Step 2
The left side pipe (when facing the unit) is the Inlet that should be placed in the chemical. The right side is the Outlet to the Machine Inlet.

Step 3
Ensure that the chemical is located NO FURTHER THAN 2 METRES away from the pump for optimal performance.

Step 4
Once you have all the inlet and outlet tubes connected correctly, you will need to Prime the pumps to get the chemical ready for delivery. To do this, press the Prime button on the main keypad.

Step 5
Select the pump you wish to prime using the UP and DOWN arrows. Then PRESS and HOLD the MIDDLE button to PRIME.

Step 6
Continue to PRIME the pump until the chemical has travelled up the inlet pipe and into the pump. Only stop when you start to see chemical flowing out of the outlet pipe, this confirms that there is an airtight seal.

Pump Speed, Flow Rate & Calibration
Step 1
PLEASE NOTE Unit must be in ML/FL oz or Grams. If unit is in timed mode, it will not open the calibration menu. Please refer to Changing the Unit of Measurement to continue.
From the main screen, press the RIGHT arrow and enter the pass code to proceed forward to the Operational Settings.

Step 2
Press the RIGHT key to to move into the Pump Speed & Calibration menu. From here, use the UP or DOWN arrows to select YES. Press the RIGHT arrow to advance into the settings menu.

Step 3
From here, you can change the Pump Speed using the UP or DOWN arrow.

Step 4
Once you are happy with the Pump Speed Settings press the PRIME button on the keypad to enter the calibration menu. If you continue to press the PRIME button you will change the length of the calibration time.

Step 5
Before you begin the calibration remove the tube from the OUTLET pipe and place a measuring jug underneath. Be sure to catch any excess chemical that may drip from the tube. (Remove any zip ties if attached)

Step 6
Once the measuring jug is in place press the TEST button on the keypad. Allow the full calibration to complete and make sure to catch any excess chemical drips before removing the jug.

Step 7
Take a note of the amount of chemical that was delivered. Go back to the unit and press the RIGHT arrow to move back into the PUMP SETTINGS menu. Press the PUMP STOP button to enter the flowrate for the pump. PLEASE NOTE – Enter the exact amount that was delivered over the time period. The unit will automatically change this to over 60 seconds once you save.

Step 8
Once you have completed the calibration for all the pumps you can attach zip ties to the pipes.

Step 9
It is recommended to remove any excess using wire clippers.

Pump Prime Screen
Step 1
From the main screen press the Prime button on the keypad to move to the prime pump screen. From here, you can select the pump that you wish to PRIME with the UP or DOWN arrow. When the correct pump is selected, PRESS AND HOLD the MIDDLE button on the keypad to prime.

Pump & Flush Valve Prime Screen
Step 1
If you have a Flush Valve attached to your unit when you go into the Prime menu, you will automatically prime both the pump and the Flush Valve assigned to it. To prime these, press the prime button on the keypad.
From here, you can select the pump that you wish to prime with the UP or DOWN arrow. When the correct pump is selected, PRESS AND HOLD the MIDDLE button on the keypad to prime.

Prime Pump Only with Flush Valve
Step 1
From the main screen press the Prime Button on the keypad to select the Pump Prime screen. From the Pump Prime menu, press the TEST button to select to the Flush Valve menu.

Step 2
To select the pump you want to prime, press the RIGHT arrow to enter the PUMP ONLY menu. You can then select the pump using the UP and DOWN arrows. When the correct pump is selected, PRESS AND HOLD the MIDDLE button on the keypad to prime.

Prime Flush Valve Only
Step 1
From the main screen press the Prime Button on the keypad to select the Pump Prime screen. From the Pump Prime menu. Use the UP and DOWN arrows to navigate through the pumps. Once you have moved past all connected pumps, you will see the Flush Valve. PRESS AND HOLD the MIDDLE button to prime the Flush Valve.

Assign the Manifold & Flush Valve Settings
Step 1
From the first screen, press the RIGHT arrow and enter the pass code to proceed.

Step 2
Press the RIGHT arrow to navigate to the Set Manifold Settings.

Step 3
On the Set Manifold Settings screen, select YES using the UP or DOWN arrow. Press the RIGHT arrow to advance into the settings menu.

Step 4
On the next screen, use the UP and DOWN arrows to change which flush valve the selected pump will use. LEFT and RIGHT will change the selected pump. Continue to press RIGHT to move out of the menu.

Step 5
Next you set up the Flush Time using the UP and DOWN arrow to change time. Press the RIGHT arrow to advance and save each setting.

Step 6
The next screen will show the Flush Settings. You can change this between ‘DURING & AFTER’ to ‘AFTER ONLY’ using the UP and DOWN arrow. Press the RIGHT arrow to advance and save the setting.

Pump Stop Mode
Step 1
To stop a pump from running, press the PUMP STOP button located on the main keypad. Use the UP and DOWN arrow to move a pump from ON to OFF and the RIGHT and LEFT arrow to move between the pumps. When you are happy you can either press RIGHT to save or press the PUMP STOP button again to exit. The disabled pumps will display on the main screen.
