Nexus – SETTINGS
(Mode, Unit of Measurement, Language, Date & Time, Access Code, Reconfigure System, Factory Reset, Cycle Counters)

Change Unit Mode

Step 1


From the main screen, press the RIGHT arrow and enter the unit pass code to proceed forward. You will enter the main menu.


Step 2


You will be placed on the Operational Settings menu. Use the UP or DOWN arrows to navigate to the
SYSTEM SETTINGS menu and press RIGHT to enter.

Step 3


Use the UP and DOWN arrow to change the mode selection. When you are happy press the RIGHT arrow and confirm you want to save the setting.


Change Unit of Measurement

Step 1


From the main screen, press the RIGHT arrow and enter the unit pass code to proceed forward. You will enter the main menu.


Step 2


Press the DOWN arrow to move to the System Settings menu. Press the RIGHT arrow to enter the menu and press DOWN once more to get to the Unit of Measurement menu. Press RIGHT to enter the settings.

Step 3


Use the UP or DOWN arrow to scroll through the different available measurements. You can change it to ML, M:S, FL. OZ and GRAMMS.


Change Language

Step 1


From the main screen, press the RIGHT arrow and enter the unit pass code to proceed forward. You will enter the main menu.


Step 2


You will be placed on the Operational Settings menu. Use the UP or DOWN arrows to navigate to the SYSTEM SETTINGS menu. Press the RIGHT arrow to enter the settings and press the DOWN arrow twice to get to Set Language. Press RIGHT to enter the menu,.

Step 3


Use the UP or DOWN arrow to navigate through all available languages until you locate the one you want to set. Press the RIGHT arrow to confirm this.


Changing the Date & Time

Step 1


From the main screen, press the RIGHT arrow and enter the unit pass code to proceed forward. You will enter the main menu.



Step 2


You will be placed on the Operational Settings menu. Use the UP or DOWN arrows to navigate to the SYSTEM SETTINGS menu. Press the RIGHT arrow to enter the settings and press the DOWN arrow three times to get to the Set Time & Date option. Press RIGHT again to enter this menu.

Step 3


Press the UP or DOWN arrows to change the selected number. When you are happy press the RIGHT arrow to move to the next segment. Press RIGHT to save these settings.



Change Access Code

Step 1


From the main screen, press the RIGHT arrow and enter the unit pass code to proceed forward. You will enter the main menu.

Step 2


You will be placed on the Operational Settings menu. Use the UP or DOWN arrows to navigate to the SYSTEM SETTINGS menu and press the RIGHT arrow to enter the menu. Press the DOWN arrow 4 times to get to the Set Access Code menu. Press RIGHT to enter.

Step 3


Use the UP and DOWN arrow to change the number and the RIGHT arrow to advance. You can use the LEFT arrow to go back. Keep pressing the RIGHT arrow to move through the screen and save the changes.



Flow Switch Acceptance Time

Step 1

From the main screen, press the RIGHT arrow and enter the unit pass code to proceed forward. You will enter the main menu.

Step 2

You will be placed on the Operational Settings menu. Use the UP or DOWN arrows to navigate to the SYSTEM SETTINGS menu and press the DOWN arrow 5 times to get to the Flow Switch Acceptance Time menu. Press the RIGHT arrow to enter the menu.


Step 3

Use the UP and DOWN buttons to change the Flow Switch Acceptance Time and the RIGHT and LEFT arrows to move between the units. Keep pressing RIGHT to save and confirm.


Prime/Pump Stop/View Mode

Step 1


From the main screen, press the RIGHT arrow and enter the unit pass code to proceed forward. You will enter the main menu.


Step 2


Press the DOWN arrow to move to the System Settings menu and the RIGHT arrow to enter. Press the DOWN arrow 6 times to reach the PRIME MODE, PUMP STOP MODE, VIEW MODE SETTINGS menu. Press RIGHT to enter.

Step 3


Use the UP and DOWN arrows to enable or disable the setting. The RIGHT and LEFT arrows will move you forward and back. Press the RIGHT arrow to move to the end and save the changes.


Reconfigure System

Step 1



If you attach or remove additional pumps or change the hardware on your Nexus unit you will need to run a Reconfigure. From the main screen, press the RIGHT arrow and enter the unit pass code to proceed forward. You will enter the main menu.


Step 2


Press the DOWN arrow to move to the System Settings menu and RIGHT to enter it. Press the UP arrow three times to move to the Reconfigure System menu and RIGHT to enter it.

Step 3


Press the RIGHT key reconfigure the system, when complete you will be given the following confirmation message. Press RIGHT again to save and exit.


Factory Reset

Step 1



If you need to wipe the settings on your Nexus unit you can do so with the Factory Reset option. From the main screen, press the RIGHT arrow and enter the unit pass code to proceed forward. You will enter the main menu.


Step 2


Press the DOWN arrow once to move to the System Settings menu and RIGHT to enter. Press the UP arrow twice to move to the Factory Reset menu and press RIGHT again to enter.

Step 3


You will have a warning on the screen to confirm that you are happy to wipe all the settings contained on the unit. Press the MIDDLE button to confirm and delete the settings on the unit.


Cycle Counters

Step 1



To access the details cycle counters on the unit press the RIGHT arrow and enter the unit pass code to proceed forward. You will enter the main menu.


Step 2


Press the DOWN arrow twice to get to the Cycle Counters menu and the RIGHT arrow to enter the menu.

Step 3


To delete the existing cycle and pump counters you will need to change the No to Yes using the UP and DOWN arrow. If you do not want to delete them press RIGHT on no to move forward. Use the UP and DOWN arrow to select the program data you want. Then RIGHT and LEFT will display the delivered chemical for each pump.
