Editing a Customer
Step 1
To edit an existing customer press the Customer & Site Details icon on the home page. From the Organisation Overview press the List Customers button to access the Customer List.
Step 2
From the Customer List locate the account you wish to update and press the Edit icon on the right hand side of the Customer bar. From here you can make the changes you need to the customer, press the Save Changes button to complete.
Editing a Site
Step 1
To edit an existing site press the Customer & Site Details icon on the home page. From the Organisation Overview press the List Customers button to access the Customer List.
Step 2
Locate the Customer that the site is linked to and press the Edit button. In the Customer Overview screen press the List Sites button to see all sites that are associated with the Customer account. When you locate the Site you want to update press the Edit Icon on the right hand side bar. You can now modify any settings you require, using the Save Changes button to complete.
Deleting a Customer
Step 1
To delete an existing customer press the Customer & Site Details icon on the home page. From the Organisation Overview press the List Customers button to access the Customer List. You can now press the Delete Icon on the right hand side of the Customer bar. You will be taken through to the Delete menu, where it will warn you about any linked sites. To confirm deletion press the Delete button.
Deleting a Site
Step 1
To delete an existing customer press the Customer & Site Details icon on the home page. From the Organisation Overview press the List Customers button to access the Customer List. Press the Edit Icon on the customer bar to access the Customer Overview screen. Press the List Sites button to view all sites associated with the Customer account. You can now press the Delete Icon on the right hand side of the site bar to open the delete menu. Press the Delete button to confirm deletion of the site.
