Reporting
Usage Report
To run a Usage Report on your unit click on the Nexus Systems database and locate the unit you want to run a report on when you select it a menu will appear. Press the Reports button to open the reporting menu. From here you can select either a Full or Data Search Report. When you have selected the settings you require, press the Generate Report button. The data will be displayed when completed.
Cost Report
To generate a Cost Report,
(Please note – You must have set up chemical data to run this report. Please see – Setting up Chemical Profile)
go back to the main report page and press the Show Cost Report button in the centre column. The cost report will now be generated on screen.
Download as PDF
Once the report has been generated you are able to export this data to a PDF file for later review. To do this, go back to the main report page and press the Download PDF Export button located in the centre column. The file will then be downloaded locally to your device.
Download as an Excel File
Once the report has been generated you are able to export this data to an Excel file for later review. To do this, go back to the main report page and press the Download Excel Export button located in the centre column. The file will then be downloaded locally to your device.
