Changing your Password

To change the password on your account press the Account Settings icon located in the top right of the screen. From here select the Account Settings icon to go into your settings screen. Enter your current password and the new password into the text boxes provided and press Save Changes. You will then be logged out of your account, enter the new password to login.

Forgotten your Password

If you have forgotten your password you can press the Forgot your Password link on the login page. You will be asked to enter your email and a reset link will be sent to the registered account.

General Settings

In order to edit the Portal General Settings press the Account Settings icon in the top right of the screen. From here select the General Settings icon to be taken through to your account preferences. In this menu you are able to edit the Currency, Time Format, Date Format, Weight Format, Volume Format and Trigger Naming Format. Press the Update Settings button to save these settings.
