Regular training sessions on our dosing systems, whether for dishwashers or laundry, are held at our headquarters in the UK, where we welcome you to participate in a comprehensive, technical approach to our systems. The courses cover the basics for selling and maintaining the systems, as well as in-depth guidance on full installation and programming. Courses run every two months (subject to demand). Thanks to our network of exclusive distributors around the world, we can even hold these training sessions closer to you, in your language.
We can also provide on-site training support to advise engineers of the best ways to apply the benefits of our dosing systems on their installations, and consequently maximise the return on investment.

Free chemical compatibility test
We offer a free chemical compatibility test to ensure that your soap, paper or chemicals dispensers are supplied with the most suitable components.
Test procedures include pumping tests to determine the average life cycle of our components with your product and submersion tests to identify any erosion or compatibility issues with our standard raw materials. Further tests can be undertaken, if required, with other materials more suited to your chemical. We always do our best to find the most durable material for your cleaning agent.

That is why we offer all our customers a design service for bespoke dispensers, whether they have ideas of their own or would like style guidance. We even consider part-funding production of a brand new dispenser when large volumes are required.

Some of our products have an exclusivity option. Unique pin positions or access codes lock the dosing equipment to your chemical. This prevents any other chemicals from being used with your dispenser, insuring both your return on investment and your future sales. This option is subject to minimum order quantities and is available on certain ranges only.

Returns policy (RMA)
We pride ourselves on the quality of our design, our production and our finished products. However any manufacturer can face the occasional fault and our RMA (return merchandise authorisation) process ensures that your comments and requests are dealt with efficiently, minimising the impact on your business.
We operate a return-to-sender policy which means all faulty goods are returned to us at the cost of the buyer. Replacement products are charged until the damaged goods can be inspected by our QA team. If the goods are still covered by the two year guarantee and we are responsible for the fault, a full credit will be offered for the value of the goods.
Terms and Conditions, clause 8.5:
"Where any valid claim in respect of any goods which is based on any defect or quality or condition of the goods is notified to Brightwell' Brightwell shall make good by replacement or repair free of charge any defect which may appear in the goods but the goods must be returned to Brightwell for repair."
