How do I change the access code on my Nexus system?
A short article on how to change the access code on your Nexus system.
Step 1
From the main screen, press the RIGHT arrow and enter the unit pass code to proceed forward. You will enter the main menu.
Step 2
You will be placed on the Operational Settings menu. Use the UP or DOWN arrows to navigate to the SYSTEM SETTINGS menu and press the RIGHT arrow to enter the menu. Press the DOWN arrow 4 times to get to the Set Access Code menu. Press RIGHT to enter.
Step 3
Use the UP and DOWN arrow to change the number and the RIGHT arrow to advance. You can use the LEFT arrow to go back. Keep pressing the RIGHT arrow to move through the screen and save the changes.
