About the role:

The key purpose for the Sales Executive role is to assist the sales growth of our technical dispensing systems to our customers. Working alongside the Area Sales Manager and Customer Operations Manager you will be supporting the growth. The Sales Support is the first point of contact for all new customers and must be a strong administrator with good project management and communication skills.

Key areas of responsibility

  • Grow existing clients business by thoroughly understanding their business strategy and objectives. 
  • First line customer response. 
  • Generating new business from qualified leads. 
  • Technical product support. 
  • Account management for the shared sales office portfolio of customers. 
  • Analyse all new business leads and filter to the appropriate BDM or stockist. 
  • Identify hot leads from marketing campaigns, distribute and report. 
  • Generate CRM reports to support the BDM’s with new business opportunities.
