Understanding the Change

We are excited to announce a change to our company name and a step forward into a new era. Formerly known as Brightwell Dispensers Ltd, we have now transitioned to Brightwell Dosing Ltd, effective immediately. This transformation is a strategic decision aligned with our commitment to growth, and innovation, and to better serve our customers. 

Why the change? 

We have launched a new business called Hylab that is dedicated to serving our customers with their soap and paper dispensing needs. This new company combines the soap and paper product lines from Brightwell Dispensers and QTS, another business within the group.  

The Brightwell business will continue to expand, with an emphasis on Dilution and Dosing applications, offering a focused platform for these products. Consequently, the transition from Brightwell Dispensers to Brightwell Dosing establishes a more precise alignment with the company’s core focus.  

Brightwell Dosing and Hylab Dispensers are still affiliated under the same corporate entity, which has also undergone a name change to better reflect its expanded portfolio of managed companies. The new name is BWHL Group Ltd, replacing the former Brightwell Dispensers Group Ltd. 

What remains unchanged? 

Our registered company address, contact and bank details, VAT number and company registration number all remain the same. While our name may be changing, our core values, business principles, and commitment to maintaining strong relationships with our customers remain. You can expect the same level of professionalism, reliability, and quality in our interactions and transactions. There is no change to how you raise orders on Brightwell.
